This in-the-hoop design is for embroidery machines 4x4 and up. It comes in several sizes and a variety of flavors: a stuffed charm/plushie, a flat "plaque" charm, a thread-it-on-ribbon bunting, and a vertical "bead" bunting. There is also a snap tab design, which comes in several fob shapes.

As with most of my designs, it comes in every flavor of embroidery file Ink/Stitch can produce, along with the Ink/Stitch SVG source.
