The newsletter (and this page) is still in test form. They'll probably happen a little more than weekly/monthly until I get bugs ironed out... expect a lot of "whoops, ignore the last one, this is the real one."
Also, if you un-check all the checkboxes, you'll only get the "send to all newsletters" newsletter which is maybe an annual thing, if it all.
