2024 October Embroidery Newsletter

I'm not usually going to build the newsletter draft publicly, but I figure it is worthwhile to see what is coming up. The actual newsletter will go out on the 25th.
October designs
Toucan Baby - The lower-tier design reward for Ko-Fi and Patreon.
Pygmy Hippo - I gave in to the Moo Deng craze. This was the main design reward.
Simple Hawk Moth - I couldn't let go of the Hawk Moth and decided to make a simpler version - a one-piece, flat charm type.
Coffin - Ideally, I would have the Halloween designs done a lot earlier, so they could be in the August or September newsletter, but I got sidetracked from getting these properly photographed.
Skeleton Hand - These make a pretty neat wreath!
November plans
"Plans" might be too strong a word, beyond the tier rewards. I almost certainly won't finish all of these, but this is what I've been working on.
Kawaii Phoenix - The lower-tier design reward, as seen in the last newsletter.
Cookie Phoenix - A la the Cookie Dragon and Cookie Unicorn. I'd also like to do a griffin/gryphon/griffon.
Flying Phoenix - I've really wanted to put together a number of four-gusset flying bird designs - phoenix, parrots, raven, etc. And probably a flying dragon as well, while I'm at it.
Baby Possum - The Pygmy Hippo made me think of other critters that are basically little potatoes on legs. I'm not sure the color changes of a possum will make this practical (I don't want four hoopings, but...) But the ability to both stand and belly-flop would be perfect.
The Adventurer Pack - Somehow I realized that for all the previews of the gelatinous cube and beholder, I had never actually published this pack. The Owlbear Charm will get some expansion and some friends.
