I've got a whole lot of miscellaneous little progress, but nothing finished.
Over on Patreon/Ko-Fi, I wrote up a little thing about putting 3D-printed horns on plush dragons. I'm not going to repeat it here since they're public posts, and since I haven't really got a lot to say about it yet. I might see about getting our printers up and running and kitbashing some horns better suited to plush. I know there are print files for "safety" eyes, and having those stems instead of nut-and-bolt would be easier to install.
In other news, I'm continuing to clean up the shop entries; there are a bunch of "new" designs because I haven't always been good about making a local entry. Up next, I'm going through the inventory of finished dragons and getting them re-listed, this time on Ko-Fi.
I'm also cleaning up older designs, and I've gotten back to the Beanie Dragon. That design is all flat-sewn but has I-forget-how-many stitch colors because it's all one file. I'm breaking that out into hoopings, and each option will get its own file, the way I do it nowadays. I'm going to make a few more testers, though I'm not in any big rush.
In wholly unrelated news but just because I've got to vent: our PHEV got a recall yesterday, and Ford is trying to tell me I am no longer allowed to use it as anything but a conventional gas vehicle until they decide whether the battery pack is going to catch fire, and also that could be months. Or a year. I'm not buying gas for a year! It is super awkward to go in someplace and ask to speak to the manager and have to confess that my name really is Karen, but that's what I'm going to do. (Nicely. Unless there happens to be a high-level Ford exec there, it's not anybody at my dealership's fault. It isn't even the one that sold us the car. Which I'm very happy with, as long as I get to whirr around on electric mode like I'm in a giant golf cart.)
