It is still an absolute catastrophe around it but I got the new stand moved into place!
The riser is still on the old table because I need to disentangle some power cables from its base before putting it on the stand, so I don't have the extension table on there yet. But that's the biggest step done. The base isn't heavy but the house is a century old next year and while the stairs are newer, they're still not modern standard. I didn't put any holes in the plaster getting it down here, yay.
Aside from tucking the riser under it, I need to get the lighting and backdrop hung and then I'll be ready to take some video.
Anyway, in case you wondered what kind of queue is on my machine right now:
Bulbasaur: demoing various other charms (strawberry, jack-o-lantern, etc.) in place of the garlic bulb
Bunny Lop: The practice video, plus I need a few more demonstrators (really, I need to justify the fabrics I just bought)
Coffin charm: A new design that I really need to get back to before Halloween comes and goes
Dog: The Standing Chihuahua, which is probably September's reward
Dragon: A standing dragon body to put some Rosy Maple Moth wings on so I finally have a demonstrator for that.
Dragon Egg: I've been meaning to merge the Hatching Dragon and Scaly Dragon Eggs into a general Egg design with a lot more variations (including the Fried Egg yolk), so these are the plaque and different-sizes demonstrators.

Heart Charm: This one's been parked there since the first of June; there's a zillion new variations if I can just get the demonstrators done.
Kawaii Cat: This is a critter like the Kawaii Hamster and so forth, that I finished back then and somehow never did the demonstrators for.
Minimal Frog: This is patiently awaiting the video production.
Notebooks: If I ever master the 8x14 hoop, I am going to make Happy Planner etc. covers for my own shop.
Noto Frog: This still needs more demonstrators.
Oogie Boogie: There are new sizes of this guy that need, yes, more demonstrators.
Pop Tart: Sorry, "toaster pastry." New sizes and faces, demonstrators.
Ram: Gonna make a zipper version.
Ryukin: First draft for a 3D goldfish design.
Sriracharm: Another revision, more size-and-type demonstrators
Toadstool: I've broken this into separate hoop files, so I need some changes to the instruction pictures.
Zippers: The zipper inserts need instruction pictures. This was supposed to be done in time to come out with Noto Frog.
This doesn't even begin to get into the things that need done that aren't loaded on the machine yet: the Curly Shark (it really will get a different name, unless...), the Curly Dolphin if I can figure out how to make it work, the Cauldron, the Stag Beetle, the Bumblebee, the revised 3D Pumpkin Kit, the Game Kid Advance, the KPop Doll, the Squish/Egg Plushies, the 3D Baby Seal, the Dragon Box, the Asian Dragon, the Adventurer Pack, the Friendship Beads, the (non-baby) Standing Dragon, the Standing Unicorn...
