Tiny Painted-Lady Dragon - 3" Plushie

No butterflies were harmed in the making of this plushie! The wings are pure thread. The lace wings are built up out of a dozen layered colors of thread, about 16,000 stitches for each pair. This little dragon (or fire lizard, if you prefer) is the perfect size to go with my larger (but still tiny!) dragon plushies, or to stand alone if you just like smaller dragons. It is made from Shannon Cuddle 3 minky fabric, from a pattern I created myself, and matching lacy wings made on my embroidery machine from an Embroidery Library design. It has pressed-glass eyes and glass seed-bead nostrils, is assembled with a combination of hand- and machine-sewing, and stands on its own with no wires or props. It's a little under three-and-a-half inches tall to the tip of its nose. I don't do lace wings often because they're a pretty significant commitment in machine mileage (for comparison, a normal full day for the machine is around 16,000 stitches) - get them before they're gone! Despite its toy-like appearance, this is an adult collectible with small parts that could pose a choking hazard. Made in a smoke-free but cat-occupied home from an original Silver Seams pattern. The other colors of dragons, coin, and seltzer can are just for scale and not included in this listing (the other dragons are listed in my shop; you'll have to visit your local Aldi for the seltzer). The cat hair is also not included but will probably be sent to you despite my best efforts. You are buying one dragon.
