Happy Juneteenth National Independence Day

There are a lot of horizontal-tricolor flag emojis - but the ones most appropriate for June aren’t official emoji. But you can put whatever colors you want on your machine, so if you want to do a Pan-African flag for Juneteenth, you can.

Here’s a version of it, merged with the smallest of the Snap Tab Blanks layouts.
