The in-the-hoop Sea Otter
This month’s free plush design is a simple little Sea Otter that comes with a seashell and/or heart to hug. There’s a version for both 5×7 and 4×4 hoops – the 4×4 one sits diagonally in the hoop so it’s closer to 5″ long. Both come with a tiny seashell and heart to hug.
