This in-the-hoop design for embroidery machines makes a garland in three styles and two shapes, as either feltie/plaque or thread-on-a-string bunting. There's a single star, vertical stripes, or a star field - apart from the patriotic US applications, you can change up the colors and use the stripes for a circus theme (perhaps a bit on-the-nose right now), the star for a sports celebration, etc.

The files come in all the formats Ink/Stitch can produce, along with the SVG source file that you can edit in Inkscape+Ink/Stitch.
