Inspired by my long-time love of dragons and roleplaying games, this little dragon is the perfect size to go everywhere with you – or to serve as a miniature in your game (it would fit on a 3×4″ base, not counting its tail), although let’s be honest, it looks too cute to fight against.
It is made from Shannon Cuddle 3 minky fabric, from a pattern I created myself. Its eyes are jet black pressed glass beads and its nostrils are seed beads. It is assembled with a combination of hand- and machine-sewing, and stands on its own with no wires or props.
Its wings have embroidered “fingers” on the upper surface. They are unwired but will hold their position to a limited degree. It is the first of my dragons to bear spiral horns of silvery dancewear fabric.
It’s a little over four inches tall to the top edge of its horns, with a length and wingspan around six inches.
Despite its toy-like appearance, this is an adult collectible with small parts that could pose a choking hazard. Made in a smoke-free but cat-occupied home from an original Silver Seams pattern.
