Day 50 - lizard lips

9:45am: Robert R. Reisz, D. Larson. DENTAL ANATOMY AND SKULL LENGTH TO TOOTH SIZE RATIOS SUPPORT THE HYPOTHESIS THAT THEROPOD DINOSAURS HAD LIPS

I still haven’t found my camera(?!) so I’ll just leave this here. Unfortunately, I’m not working on the dragon’s lips yet so the symmetry isn’t quite perfect.

Instead, I glued up one more dragon claw and decided to hold out on more until I got some quick-grab glue, because otherwise I’m wasting time. I also attempted to fill in the dragon’s head with some Paperclay but it didn’t stick. Most of my progress, instead, was meta: we broke down and got another storage unit (two more, technically, since two side-by-side was cheaper than a single of the same total size) so we can stuff a bunch of stuff in it to make space to properly sort things out… and get the craft room (slash guest bedroom) set up. Yay!
